Appointments
There are two simple ways to make an appointment at our office. You may call 423-476-6258 and speak with our appointment coordinator directly. Alternatively, you may request an appointment via the website under "Appointment Request." Our appointment coordinator will then call you during normal business hours to confirm your appointment. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

For dental emergencies after hours please call 423-400-7547. Someone will return your call as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
While we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you in order to maximize your dental benefits, we do not participate in any insurance networks. Both Dr. William May and Dr. Kate May feel that they are able to treat their patients as they would want to be treated when their treatment options are not limited by an outside party.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
